Pros:
-Baskets are all in great shape
-Concrete teepads
-Grounds are mowed regularly
-Low traffic area, so you can practice by throwing as many discs as you want
-Two holes are 350', and another one is 400'. So lower arm speed throwers can use this "course" as a place to work on improving their distance.
Cons:
-Only five holes
-Teepad for hole #2 is awkwardly sloped
-Only two or three trees come into play, leaving three of the holes wide open with zero impediments
Other Thoughts:
This is a pretty brief review, but there really isn't much to say. Reading through the previous comments, it sounds like incremental improvement has been made by pouring five concrete teepads. Otherwise, this is still the same course as what was reviewed seven years ago.
Come here to practice driving or putting in solitude. If you're expecting anything more than that, you will be disappointed.
