Pros:

-nice new baskets
-concrete tee pads with hole number post
- fun, little quick play course
- good use of the elevation
- a couple holes actually offer up some technical shots to work on your approach game

Cons:

- one of the shortest courses I've ever played, I'm guessing average hole is about 150 feet
- 9 holes somewhat crammed into a small park, could be a bit of a safety hazard if this course ever got busy
- no tee signs, just numbers on a pole
- no numbers on the baskets, it would be nice considering there are a few baskets pretty close together

Other Thoughts:

Fun short putter course, but not much to offer beyond putting and approach practice.

My first Colorado Ace

Reviewed: Played on:Sep 29, 2023 Played the course:once

Pros:

- Ace runs galore
- Some elevation
- Good use of trees and natural obstacles
- Super easy navigation
- Excellent SuperClass course
- The cutest, tiniest little bridge I've ever seen

Cons:

- It's a really short course, only suitable for putters and slower discs

Other Thoughts:

There's not a lot to complain about this course other than the short distances. This is another one of the Grand Junction/Fruita area courses where only putters and midranges are allowed on the course. I really like this idea on short courses, I wish more places would emphasize this more. I decided to bring my putter only. Usually I play one disc rounds with the Zephyr but for some reason I brought just my driving putter and aced hole 2! Only 125 feet IIRC but still my first ace in state so that was fun. Overall this is a fun little course as a warm up or cool down or if you want to play some golf but don't feel like throwing drives. Worth a stop if you're in the area, had lots of fun here.
