Cons:
Main gripe I had was the tee pads were too elevated compared to the surrounding ground. I think a good concrete teepad should have some cedar or dirt or something to fill in the space around; on most of the teepads here, you had a very noticeable "step up" and then you have to watch your release or else you'll stumble off the front of the pad. I had to shorten my tee off a step or two most throws.
Also, the baskets for holes 3 and 5 are right next to each other, and are approached from opposite directions. Can get a bit confusing when you approach 3. You should know which is which by 5.
Other Thoughts:
Most reviews I've seen have talked about the busy road. I don't know if there has been a redesign since then (edit: apparently there was), but the only time I think some people might really be in danger of throwing on the highway is hole 4, which is just over 300 feet from the middle of the park towards the road. I outdrove the hole by about 10 feet and was still about 10-15 yards away from the road. The teepads for 1 and 5 are right next to the road, but you're throwing the other way, into the park. Hole 9 is right next to the access road into the park, but the sign up front says "no cars beyond this point" so there shouldn't be anyone driving there anyways.
We played this park before driving up to 9 on Top, it's easy enough to make a full 18 and hit two different courses.
Did I mention I aced hole 7?
