Pros:
nice baskets. 2 tee pads on all but a few holes. well maintained. great variety of holes with elevation changes, water carries, and a mix of wooded and open holes. beginner friendly from short tees. a real challenge from the longs. navigation and signage are good
Cons:
no amenities of any sort (private course so not unusual) not much parking.
Other Thoughts:
This is now one of my favorite courses. The short tees keep it fun for seniors like me but if you want a challenge the long tees will provide it. the owner Brian does a great job with keeping the course up. there are 2 island holes clearly delineated with mulch and tubing. fun factor is high with several unique looking holes. several ace runs from the short tees. private course so call ahead to play but as far as I can tell Brian doesn't turn people away.
