Big arms: use a putter. Medium to low arms: throw your straightest mid and keep it low. The baskets for 3 and 6 are often confused for one another, so check which one you're throwing at.
Please note that the placements for Hole 3 and Hole 6 are used by both holes quite often. This causes confusion a lot of the time but makes for fun holes. Take a moment to double check where you are playing to.
