Pros:
-Great baskets
-Good tee signs
-Great course maintenance. No poison Ivy, and grass perfectly manicured.
-The course makes very good use of what little land there is.
Cons:
-The tee pad situation is not good. It is often confusing which side of the tee sign you should be playing on, and it seems to switch from hole to hole.
-Can be difficult to get into the course. We had to park on the street a slip through a locked gate.
Other Thoughts:
Overall, this is a pretty decent course. For the little bit of land available, the designer did a phenomenal job creating 18 fun holes. There are only 9 baskets, but 18 tee pads, and in most cases the different tee pads gives you a brand new look at the hole.
