Pros:
Never slow play.
Variety of shots.
3 decently long holes.
Never unplayable after rains.
Wind changes decisions.
Easy to play 9 holes.
Cons:
Maintenance is non existent (other than mowing).
Tees can be dangerous (rocky or too slippery)
Holes not clearly marked
No map
3 blind holes (3,4,5)
Other Thoughts:
This course is good for a beginner who doesn't want to jump right in at McLain or Live Oak until he has some more experience.
It also serves as a great driving range or practice area.
Lots of open space between 1,2 and 9.
You need to know how to throw either a turnover or a forehand to birdie all these holes.
