Riiivvvver 2+ years drive by

Pros:

Massive trees.
Tons of shade
Gets mowed often.
A pristine river view.
Nettles can make it interesting.

Cons:

Mosquitoes.
Poison ivy.
Nettles can be dam itchy.

Other Thoughts:

Best course in Lawrence, hands down.
Clay teepads are a nice change.
