Pros:
This course has a wide variety of play. Some holes are wide open with no obstruction and others have quite a few trees. A few holes are right alongside the river, which is very scenic - but offer a bit more of a challenge. The tee "circles" offer a bit more throwing room and are very nice. Signage makes it very easy to navigate the course and it's spread out enough to where your game wont be interfered by other players. Each basket is equipped with solar powered lighting, which could make it easier if you play after sundown.
Cons:
The course charges $5 per player, which is reasonable, but the course is obviously still being developed. There are quite a few tree stumps and heavy brush piles. We actually lost a disc in one of the brush piles. There are also some heavily swampy holes which makes it very difficult if your throws aren't perfectly executed - otherwise, prepare to get your feet wet.
Other Thoughts:
This was my first time playing this course, so I wasn't familiar with the basket location. The sign on hole #1 looked pretty straight-forward, but we ended up throwing our discs all the way to the left and then realized the basket was nowhere to be found. After some looking, we eventually found it back to the right. I would suggest the management do something to clear that up - but if you play the course more than once, that shouldn't be a repeating issue.
