Some holes still require clearing and stump removal but the holes are built, open and playable with signage and some hole have a temporary tee pad, most dirt.

Long tees will test any caliber of pro while the short tees are fair and fun for most players. The course winds it way through tight tunnels down a power line right of way, across several big fields with mature trees and even over several seasonally wet OB ditches. Even with great length from the long tees, the focus is heavily on accuracy not distance. Course may slightly flood in a few spots during large rainstorms but drains out very fast.
