Very Fun, Very Very Short 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Updated: Played on:Jun 28, 2010 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

This is an awesome course for beginners and people who just want to play a quick round or two. Tees and baskets for the most part are easy to find, and for how short it is, there is still a variety of shots with bends left, right, around trees, even man placed obstacles.

Cons:

Course is way too short for serious play. On occasion the course can become crowded quickly, but usually moves fairly quick.

Other Thoughts:

Great course to hit on the way back to town after Conifer or Phantom Falls. Easy for kids and strollers to navigate, with porta-potties in the parking lot. Course is short enough you can play two or three rounds before you know it.

Great beginner course 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Aug 5, 2008 Played the course:never

Pros:

Easy to find tees. Great course for your dog. Pretty view of the mountains to your west. Easy to find the first tee (right next to the parking lot).

Cons:

Short distances to the baskets. Most of the drives are pretty straight with little or no obstructions. Not much elevation changes. It only has 9 holes.

Other Thoughts:

Would be nice to have some signs with marked distances. Overall an ok course.

Great short course 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Apr 26, 2008 Played the course:never

Pros:

Quick, short course. Excellent place to practice mid-range and putting shots. Easy to birdie many of the holes.

Cons:

Inhabited by a few prairie dog towns, in a wind-prone location.

Other Thoughts:

Great for a quick 9 - a pair can run the course in less than 30 min. What the course lacks in distance, it more than makes up for in a variety of obstacle placements and soon to be interesting holes.
