Pros:
- On a golf course so lots of opportunity to air it out
- Short grass allows for rollers which are often needed for distance
- Golf greens play as OB, sand traps and long grass play as hazard which adds punishment to bad throws and strategy off the tee
- Water hazards are present on many holes as is OB over fences which adds even more punishment to bad tee shots and fairway drives
- Rolling hills, mounds, and trees add obstacles and strokes
- Lots of par 4 holes and long, challenging par 3 holes
- A few dogleg par 4 holes with tight trees are fun, difficult, and not expected when you're playing disc golf on a golf course
- Carts available as well as drinks and snacks in the clubhouse
Cons:
- Since it is on a golf course, there are several holes with minimal trees
- The course is currently only playable during event rounds as the golf course has gotten more popular
- Not a lot stops you from scrambling unless you're OB or behind a tree so upshots are generally easier than most courses
Other Thoughts:
I played this course during a PDGA event which seems to be the only way to play the course as of now. The "back" course almost never gets used and does not have permanent baskets so was not able to play it and have no idea how I would even be able to play it sadly. It's one of the better disc golf on a golf course, courses I've played and really had a blast playing rated rounds here. IF you can somehow play here, I suggest you do as I'm not sure how often that will be in the future!
