On short, I throw (RHBH) my Roc3 with a smidge of annie, for my arm speed (speed 10, Pro SL: 300-325').

On long, I have thrown (RHBH) my Echo Star Roadrunner with annie and (RHFH) my Star Firebird with good results, less than 50 feet from the basket.

I throw RHBH and choose to throw a Champion Stingray here. I split the trees and run right at the basket.
