Not open! 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Jun 28, 2014 Played the course:once

Pros:

Has baskets

Cons:

We went there to play and was told by a staff member that they weren't having it open this year because it cost to much. I saw baskets in the distance and it looked mowed so I don't know how it cost too much for the only course in town that charges people.

Other Thoughts:

A family outside told us that it will only be open for cooperate events. So basically don't waste your time driving there.

Sickly Hollow 2+ years

Reviewed: Played on:May 15, 2013 Played the course:once

Pros:

Nice baskets
Other activities onsite such as batting cages, mini golf, driving range

Cons:

Tiny tee signs
Pay to play ( $3 one round, $20 season)
Confusing layout that does not make use of land well
Terrible tee pads which are either dirt or concrete and not flush with the ground (ankle breakers). Some tee pads shared for two holes
Questionable maintence with little to no mowing done on course and much litter
No benches at any hole
Downhill number 9, which could be a signature hole, has no path or fairway from tee to basket. Must walk down a steep hill for of prickly weeds
Back 9 consists of only flat field throws

Other Thoughts:

No course map and three staff members did not know where tee #1 was. Just said there were baskets 'over there and over here'.
It really is a confusing course and a true disapointment. Some thoughtful work could greatly increase my score.

dont pay 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:May 10, 2013 Played the course:2-4 times

Pros:

one big downhill shot

Cons:

Front nine has horrible layout, teepads are short and high off the ground so you cant get a good run up. Tee signs are wrong and this course really just sucks.

Other Thoughts:

just walk on dont pay
