Pros:

The layout isn't bad, you have a few heavily wooded shots, a couple wide open shots, and some uphill and downhill. There's even a hole that has two sets of monkey bars ~30 feet from the teepad, that we just played as if they were a triple (or sextuple if you will) mando, which made that 175 ft uphill hole a lot more interesting.

Cons:

Baskets: this course has real nice, new, DISCatcher baskets; but hold on, you might be thinking "why is that a con then?", well, the course is 9 holes and it only has 8 baskets: one of which is the practice basket, and one that was turned completely upside down.
Teepads: standard to discgolfparks are those really nice turf teepads, but the problem with these, is that only 2 or 3 of the pads were good. All of the rest were either covered in a few inches of dirt/sand and branches, or were actually cut out of the wooden frame, leaving just the gravel exposed.
Navigation: this course had a kiosk at hole 1, but had nothing on it, it also had hole signs at every hole, but none of those had anything on them either. That being said, it wasn't very hard to find the holes but you would expect the signs to have something on them.

Other Thoughts:

Due to the missing baskets and cut out teepads; I'm guessing the course is in a bad neighborhood, so if you do play here, you may want to take your valuables out of the car. The longest hole is maybe ~370 with most of the holes being 250 ft or less, so don't expect a super long course. I do have to disagree when it says this course is 'heavily wooded', it does have some pretty tree'd holes but I'd say it's moderately wooded imo. All in all, all this course needs is some tlc (and more baskets and teepads :/) and I think it could be a pretty decent course. It could really be a fun little 9 hole requiring some accuracy and elevation control. I wouldn't really recommend playing this course in the condition it is now, but if that changes, I definitely would.
