Other Thoughts:

Driving from Salt Lake City to Jackson Hole I stumbled across this tiny little 9-holer in the charming town of Montpelier, Idaho. The course is directly on what used to be the Oregon Trail that the pioneers traversed in the 19th century. There's not really much to say about the course except that it's a good place to stretch your legs and arm if you're passing through town, or a good place to teach beginners the sport if you're spending time near Bear Lake in the summer. The holes are jammed close together but there's probably not many times when more than one group will be playing this course. While flat, there are some trees that provide obstacles to throw around, and roads, sidewalks, and fences serve as OB to add a little bit of a challenge. Definitely not worth going out of the way to play, but it's good to see disc golf spreading to the farthest corner of southeastern Idaho.
