Pros:
-quick play course with easy access right in Delta
-good course to practice your short and approach game
- enough trees to make you shape shots and hit the line you are trying to hit
-even though it is a relatively short course, the shots do range from around 225' to about 325'.

Cons:
-dirt tee pads that are small and uneven
-old and rusty baskets
-tee signs only have hole number
-despite the course being on a small piece of land, it's not always obvious where the next tee was

Other Thoughts:
Short course on a tiny piece of land, but surprisingly fun shots. If some new baskets got installed and some work got down to the tee pads this could easily be a 2.5
