Pros:
Cement tees and decent signage. Wooden signs pointing to next tee was a nice guide. Disc catchers are in good shape. Couple of really nice signature shots.
Cons:
There are simply times that this course will trigger claustrophobia. Technical shots required... repeatedly. Dry conditions yield a hard pan surface that is simply difficult to stop a well placed shot: great shots often rewarded with a difficult out from beneath the cedars (or worse). Wet conditions will yield a trudge through the black clay gumbo of North Texas. Difficult to navigate across the creek on the back 9.
Other Thoughts:
Course could still use some opening up. Grass would be a nice touch on most of the course and bridging the back side of the creek would be helpful.
This course is not for those needing assistance with bag carts, families using strollers or other wheeled accessories. Difficult terrain and tight paths from catchers to tee boxes.
