From highway 83, exit toward the central Järvsö and take the road which goes past the church and continues over the bridge over Ljusnan. After the bridge turn right (signposted Nor). Then follow the signs thoron. Parking is available at the long bridge that will take you out to the island. First tee is close to the restaurant.
