Pros:

Clean park, easy to navigate. Don't need distance/location signs by pads because you can easily see the basket straight in front of you. Great for working on your approach shot and your putting. Easy to reach the hole off the pad, even for a really old guy like me. Would also be a good park for "newbies" trying to learn the game.

Cons:

Not much of a challenge for a seasoned player, unless your goal is to rack up as many aces as you can. It is a "Birdie course" for most players, a "par course" for some, but I can't imagine any bogies, unless you count the one fenced hazard on #4, the exterior sidewalk and street as penalties - you could certainly land there with bad throws, but all holes easily reached within 2 throws at most.

Other Thoughts:

I like the Memorial aspect. I also like the fact that Exeter (where I live) finally has a course, even a short 9 hole. It's extremely easy to walk, fairly intuitive even on your first visit. Just be careful throwing #3 and #4, because they could land you inside the fenced 'off limits' area, and you would have to scale a 6' chain link fence to retrieve your disc.
