-The campus is beautiful, clean, well maintained, watered, etc.
-Most of the tee areas are pretty good.
-There is a detailed course map and rules at Atmosphere downtown. They also have a lot of discs there.

-No baskets
-Concrete jungle- this course will eat your discs alive
-Can hit buildings, people, cars, etc. Even with well aimed and spotted throws. Very dangerous at nearly all hours.

This course cannot get a high rating because disc golf is the last thing of importance on this university. This course can only be played at certain times and even then, not alone and with caution. Don't get me wrong, the campus is beautiful but this is no place to be throwing sharp edged objects around buildings where people and cars might be. It makes for a stressful round and that is usually the last thing I want in a disc golf round. If you do decide to play this course, go to Atmosphere first and get the map and make sure you have someone with you. Spot all your throws and be careful. Picture a college campus before you go, not a disc golf course. Enjoy!

This course is surprisingly popular with many people playing it on a nearly hourly basis during the summer. The course has good places to tee from. The campus has plenty of mature trees to play in an around. During the summer there is probably not a more well groomed place in the entire state. The many OBs and the pleasantness of the campus in the summer somewhat make up for its shortcomings.

On the other hand ***ITS AN OBJECT COURSE***. Call me crazy but I need to hear the ring of the chains to be satisfied. There are some blind shots that should require a spotter. The campus is too busy to play during the school year on the weekdays. The campus always has some portion that is under construction so there is usually a slight variation to play. Its unclear to me exactly what is and is not considered part of the established course. The map on this site is different from the map at Atmosphere's (a local store that has a good selection of plastic), which is an even slightly different route than I was shown by some locals.

If there were established dedicated tee pads signs and some type of basket, I think the course would deserve at least a three disc. So I guess if you can enjoy a course without teepads signs and baskets, then it could be worth your time. I bumped the grade down for not having baskets and as its laid out, going right through the center of many busy places, make it unplayable during peak times. If there is ever a movement to plant some baskets in the ground I would be willing to help out in any way.
