Yayy! My wife and kids gave me my Gorilla Boy Silverback for my birthday Today! I even got to try it out this afternoon for the first time. Worked great!

I love that color combo on your new bag. I have the Spider Monkey and its great. If I start playing more tourneys I will definately look at the Silverback.

oh wow. the ID pocket on my silverback is a perfect place for my phone. I would totally miss that.

You could probably get some slim jims in the pencil pockets. loose cigarettes perhaps? (home made or otherwise) uh... glowsticks?

Yeah, I have an iphone, that I was thinking would be perfect for the ID pocket too. Oh well, it's not that big a deal. I might see if my wife can attach a small phone type pocket to it in that spot.


I don't smoke. That was actually my only con of the Gorilla Boy Bag. The thing reeks of cigarette smoke when it comes to you. I actually gagged a little bit as I was pulling it out of the box.

Luckily we had some Febreze handy and I sprayed it down and set it out in the backyard for an hour or so, that got rid of most of the smell.

I'm not sure I would ever have an occasion to need glowsticks. I might actually use an extra pencil...

ok...yes i smoke...trying to quit again tho, honestly I really dont like smoking at all..but for the most part I dont really smoke around where I work to much any more at all.

as for shipping time I ask for roughly 5-7 business days now since my work load has been increasing and its still just me and my mom (when she gets the chance) helping me. but I do every thing I can to get orders out asap!

yes I did get rid of the ID pockets...which i'm planning on adding other pockets inside the side pockets, havent had time to impliment the change yet but will be soon...I did change that for the LE Silverback tho along with several other changes which most of will end up being used on the standard run of my bags.

yeah its sorta my goal to remain a smaller "mom and pop" type biz and with every thing going on in my life right now its been very trying to stay on top of every thing! but I'm mangaging to do so

I might be a little more sensitive to the smoke smell than others though. Someone lit up in the football stadium this weekend, I could smell it. It turns out he was sitting about 20 rows above me.

I wasn't complaining. I love the bag. I would buy 10 more in a heartbeat if I needed them. I was just saying that was the one drawback I had.

I might be a little more sensitive to the smoke smell than others though. Someone lit up in the football stadium this weekend, I could smell it. It turns out he was sitting about 20 rows above me.

its all good man! ... I like being able to say how much I dont like that fact that I do smoke...helps reinforce my trying to quit!

alright....after some thought on it Ive decided to bring the price down on the LE Silverback....the more I looked at it the $170 price tag seems a bit much...soooo....I'm bringing it down to $150

I honestly think you make the best bags in the business. It's laid out exactly like I was looking for. Whatever you need to do to continue making them this way, you should do. Even if you have to start limiting quantities. Or having waiting lists. etc.

Of course, I'm cool with a waiting list now. I have mine.

this year has been awesome for me business wise! I've been doing well enough to just live of the bag biz and i've only worked 3 weeks at the day job this year...I'm actually on personal leave from work right now till jan 2nd.

I know how you feel, cig smoke can be potent...sometimes it feels like it's just piercing my nose(generally when closer to it).

no I dont do any thing like that because in my opinion its not really necessary, but that's just me.
I dont see doing it as a bad thing though if its some thing you want to do to your bag and just for referance doing that to one of my bags does void me warrentying any repair work if it ever needs to be done.
