So it's funny you ask, because my plans for after the holiday break were to work on finishing the new TR spreadsheet, and then to do a new project/thread on reviewers with the 20 reviews with over 20 upvotes, as well as who has the review with the most upvotes on the site.

I know the review that very very very likely has the title, but I don't want to broadcast it too much as it hasn't been talked about much lately but is pretty well known for anyone who frequents the course page or was around when it was posted. I'm happy to message you what it is if you want!
