    [Latitude] Explorer

I am late to the party, but I tested a couple of Explorers today. Got one in glimmer and the other in opto. Glimmer is more stable and the opto was straight. I was throwing the opto really well. I like the fact that I can get a more stable version with the same mold.

[Discraft] Crafting Low Scores - Everything Discraft!

The Swarm sounds similar to a Hornet. Is that a fair comparison?

    "The Method" by Brian Weissman

Absolutely! A lot of the time it is getting the body to do what the mind knows. For Slingshot, it's getting the mind to know what the body does. That's not a knock on him. I think in some way, it's a better starting point.

    "The Method" by Brian Weissman

If you look at his throws in some of his older videos, you can see that his body doesn't line up with what he teaches.

    [Millennium] OLF Mega Thread

They're not a speed 9, but I suggest a Banzai or Vulture. While I haven't thrown a 1.1 OLF, I've heard people compare the Banzai to it. The Banzai also has a smaller rim than the Vulture while having sneaky distance.

How much more stable (if any) is the Ice plastic compared to regular SP?

    [DGA] Banzai

I went and traded in some discs for an Austin Turner and SP Banzai. Both max weight. Went out to field with and compared the 3 Banzai's I have with 3 comparable Vultures. While the discs are similar to a degree, let me list some differences: 1. The Vulture has more LSS. Probably easier to...

    [DGA] Banzai

I took my slightly seasoned Banzai to the field with me today, along with my seasoned Orion LFs and Vultures. I was reminded how good the Banzai was due to how far it was going. Out of the three, I was less impressed with the Vulture, even though I have been bagging it. It comes down to the...

wolfhaley to KY and such. 2024

Seems like a good trip. We lived in Louisville for about 9 years and left in 2017. One thing about that irks me about my stay in Louisville is that I never got around to playing Arrowhead. I know they had some issues with the city but that seems to have been resolved. There are some other...

ThighMaster move from DG Spin Doctor

Not to sound condescending or to be pedantic, but I think coming together to make a list on what you all agree on in the disc golf throw would help move the conversation forward. There may be differences in methodology, but there has to be agreement somewhere. For example, every disc golf...

    [DGA] All things DGA thread.

The Squall was a Hex before the Hex. I love the range it occupies.

    The Power of Posture

That's unfair and not an accurate representation of Blake. Honestly, if you read DGR back in the day like I did, you would know that Blake wasn't a huckster or ignorant to what he was talking about. Dan Beto is a student of Blake's and he would tell you that Blake helped him throw further.

    [Innova] Infinite Discs Tomb

I'm about to dive in the Tomb gang, both throwing and putting. I've been impressed with it.

[MVP] MVP Disc Sports (Part VI)

The Pixel's specs look like a Pilot with some dome. Simon line going to cost more. Eh, no thanks.
