Is there a can/ball reaction that indicates a better form? I got it to go really high and far, but it seems like it should go more straight out with the improvements you mentioned.

Some throws seem to be moving in the right direction. I'm getting more distance from my slower discs but a little less from drivers. I have been more accurate lately too.
I've noticed I can't get good leverage if I don't come down into the plant. You're saying I should get that height on the first step instead of the second.

Pratt says to move the bottom of the spine to achieve balance instead of the top. Should I keeping the shoulders more centered and maximizing hip angle (maybe arch is the word) in backswing? After swinging back like that then I would hershyzer rather than starting leading with the butt?

Grip: it seems like my beginning wrist position is the intended end grip? If so, I'm skipping out on whatever force it is that going from start to finish (some kind of specific elbow or shoulder action?) imparts...
I can't hip hinge or brace if I don't stick my butt out. My throw is completely spinny. I tried to do it for months, and it ruined my timing, power, and accuracy.
And I can, in fact, flex my abs tightly when I'm in this posture, so perhaps it's body specific.
