More fade at end then I remembered. This San Marino Star is 15 year old gem. Just scored a like new DX Glow Roc at PIAG for $4.99
Life is good, Roc on.
Just wiped the dust off my 2009 20th Anniversary Star Roc. Haven't thrown it in years. Anyone have any thoughts on that run? It's inked and thrown. But I haven't used it in so long. I'm about to rediscover it.
I have 7 pixels in my house. 5/7 are 'medium/standard', don't say that on stamp. 1 says Soft, 1 says Firm.
The Firm isn't slick, none of them are. My wife putts with Medium, I use a Medium as a thrower. The Firm feels good though. They have great glide and are fun to throw.
I recently got a Devil Hawk.
3/3/0/4 with a thumb track.
This thing is a monster of an approach disc. It doesn't recognize headwinds, great flex lines through the woods.
I'd say faster Slammer. Hemp has a great tacky feel and beats in nice. NXT premium plastic is extra beefy.. Highly recommend.
Kastaplast and MVP are the brightest glowing discs IMO. The color glow Berg X's are sweet!
The glow Clash Berry (BlueBerry) Glow is pretty good too, the glow in blue is a unique change.
I've been throwing the Moonshine Bear. Not flat, not super domey, but a lil dome. I get some turn, great glide, then fade kicks in. Are you referring to the First Run VIP Ice? I have a couple and mine aren't flat tops. The glows are my jelly jam though.
