    [Innova] Polecat

DGPT has some Star Polecats up on their site. I picked up two and they fly very comparable to my gstar polecat. https://www.dgpt.com/products/innova-dgpt-fall-star-polecat/

40 year old looking for some extra distance.

I don't get out as much as I'd like to so the only one of those 3 I have played is Steel Club. From what I understand it was designed with the expectation of carts being available for disc golfers; a lot of long uphill walks. They are going through a redesign before the pro tour match play there...

40 year old looking for some extra distance.

Made it out to the course after work and threw a ton of putters with pretty good results, although I am still struggling with nose up. My reach back was limited to front of my back foot, trying to keep myself centered, and worked on planting my front foot a hair wider to make sure my hips were...

40 year old looking for some extra distance.

Thank you for all the replies. I've been trying sidewinder's drills at home and they seem to make sense, just not what I'm used to. Going to try to hit the field either today or tomorrow and see what I can do.

Thank you for the feedback. Everything mentioned above makes a lot of sense to me. Next time I'm in the field I'll give your recommendations a shot. I'm thinking what you mentioned about the reach back timing might be the reason when I'm throwing from an uphill lie my shots have significantly...

40 year old looking for some extra distance.

I'm old and in terrible shape but am looking for some drills to practice to clean things up. I know I struggle with nose up quite a bit and my footwork is probably wrong. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. https://youtube.com/shorts/_7ZcAwWfAAg?feature=share

Getting back into some of my old favorites now that the snow is starting to melt here in PA. I did a long look at my UDisc scores and I seemed to be averaging better before I switched away to some of the Kastaplast molds. Added the MVP Wave to the mix and am enjoying it so far for field holes...

How long did it take you to find your putting stroke?

It took me several years to figure out my putting, basically until I got a backyard basket and started to put the time in to try to figure it out. Turns out, for me at least, it wasn't really about the arm motion at all but instead the way I could control the putter with finger pop.

[Putters] What are the best throwing putters of all time?

I was a long time Wizard thrower than converted to Reko's around a year ago. K1's provide all the distance and stability my dinky arm requires and the K3's beat into a phenomenal straight to understable driver for wooded holes.

why is there a heavy insistence to join league? when it sucks?!

This is true in our area as well. Some clubs fully maintain the disc golf courses and fund the improvements while others are fully funded and maintained by the parks dept.

    Odedge's ITB

That's the Rask I believe. The Grym feels somewhat comparable to a Tern in the hand.

    [Other] Kastaplast Kaxe

I have a K1 soft (old K2) Kaxe Z and it is less stable than the K1 Kaxe Zs I own.

    Brodie Smith PDGA #128378

I don't think anyone would be thrilled that their picture is posted at a disc golf course, that they've likely never played, implying that they're the type of person to litter and steal discs. I would think that the senior members of South Jersey Disc Golf are old enough to know that this is...

    [Recommend] Kastaplast recommendations

I think a few must try discs from Kastaplast are the Reko, Kaxe Z, and Lots. The Reko might be a contender for my favorite disc of all time. I love the K1 for throwing, Fresh K3 for putting, and worn in K3 for turnover shots.

[Discraft] Using Luna for approaches and driving?

I really enjoy the Kastaplast Reko for drives and approaches. K1 for driving and longer approaches and the K3 for touch shots or turnovers.
