    Thanks for the reply! By "lack of rear hip depth" do you mean that my pelvis is to far "in front". As in I need to do more "buttwipe" and get more over the disk and get the one leg drill feeling? or that my hip is not "loaded and low enough"? Maybe both? I know I have some more "load" in me...

    Been working on staying balanced in frame while learning and researching the hips in the backhand. I feel i still have some things to work on. Butt more out/more over the disc. Getting the rear knee more inwards perhaps. What would you focus on from here? Sorry i did not have any from behind...

    Are you saying the disc should start out more flat and twist more into the pocket? A reverse of what is happening now?
