soon i hope! What's your plan for Saturday or Sunday? I have work both of those days but I can play until about 1, and I'd love to get out for a round

I would love to come out for doubles. I can't really afford it, though. Even driving out to Mokena is going to be pushing my budget, so I definitely can't p2p. Plus I have a job interview at 3:30, which i really need. so I figure I can get an early morning round in and still be able to take care...

So who's not playing the LL tourney Saturday? I REALLY want to get out to Joliet or Mokena for a round or two. It's about time I finally make my return.

Just so y'all know, I've been super busy lately, but I plan on coming out to a meet up soon. I haven't disc'd all winter. I know, lame. I work Saturday, but maybe Sunday I'll hit up a Joliet course before the game. Anyone interested?

I would love to get down on some Ultimate. I used to play all summer long. Then the ultimate games died out, and I picked up disc golf. Good trade off IMO, but I still miss the old times.

Yeah Summit's not too far from me, about 11 city miles, 18 highway (easiest/fastest). I have a decent down payment for a car now. I just need to get a car ASAP. I should be back on the course next weekend! Hopefully sooner. :hfive:

Ha no not really. I live in Oak Lawn, less than 10 minutes off of I-294 from the 127th/ Cicero exit.

Thankfully, I am not. My car died for good, and my closest course is about 15 miles away. Field practice will not scratch this itch!

Why is it that under stable discs are preferred for rollers?

I haven't been throwing fairways really at all lately. I cant really throw them much farther right now. I want to make sure I am learning nose down with drivers at the same time I try to push my Buzzz out farther. I feel like neglecting drivers lately has caused problems with nose down.

I'm looking into one of these. I'm just curious as to how long this disc is in relation to a Buzzz. Would I be gaining any distance? It's listed on DGC as a fairway and a mid, and I don't want to waste money on a new disc that isn't useful. I throw my Buzzz 250-275. I'm looking for a slower...
