Boyfriend's Driving Form...Advise?

My boyfriend is new to DG and I pretty much had to beg him to record his form to upload for you guys on here..you all helped me and I know you'll do the same for him!

His footwork/x-step is backwards and doesn't get turned back far enough and holding the disc with two hands too long.
