Can't decide on a design for my Teebird and Force

Okay I have a new Orange ESP force and a champ yellow/green Teebird that I want to put some art on. I liked how the Dragon I put on my destroyer (see avatar pic) came out and I'm looking to do another tribal design. I'm thinking either a tribal looking eye or a bird or a wing pattern, or a circular blade pattern. I don't want to do something too complicated, that dragon pattern pushed the limits of what I can do with sign vinyl and an exact-o knife as some of the cuts and edges didn't place on the disc right.

If you know or see a design that could be better please post it here.

I also am thinking of putting this on one of the discs as well, though not sure which one it will be or if I'll end up putting it on the champ leopard I have

I like both of the birds. They look like they would be the insignia on the uniforms of some totalitarian police force in a second rate dystopian sci-fi flick.

I also like the MST3K silhouette, although I think it needs something else on the disc to represent a movie that they're riffing.

Bird 1 would be simpler to cut out and transfer, and would probably end up covering more of the disc. I wonder how the red eye would look on yellow/green plastic.

As for the MST3K, I see your point on putting something from a movie on there, but what to put, and how to draw it.

Oh and I have a destroyer that I'm planning to put this on :D

If I could dye, I might try something like this for the MST3K. Use just the robe silhouette with the hands, and maybe include the words "Manos - The Hands of Fate". Of course, I've never dyed a disc, so I probably shouldn't be making suggestions in the disc dying forum.

Actually...that could be done. the hard part would be doing the webing of crow's net at that small of scale but simple slices with the razor in the vinyl should create the proper effect. The only problem is that very few people might get the reference if I show them the disc. But what do I care. I do the artwork for myself.

For every 10 people that don't know what it is, the reaction of the one that does will make it worth it. I have a "He Tried to Kill Me With A Forklift" shirt, and I love it when people come up to me and ask "What the hell is that?"
I gotta try disc dying, I'd probably end up with an entire bag of MST3K discs.

That is an awesome shirt. I just downloaded that episode for my iPod.

Or how about a side profile of this guy with the crew silhouette on the bottom

Torgo, Manos' caddy. He watches the bag when the master is away.

It amazes me how this character caught on with MST3K fans. You can order all sorts of Torgo merchandise from Cafe Press. You may be able to find a decent picture to use there, and while you're at it, you can order a Torgo baby bib. I'm gonna order myself a Torgo Pale Ale t-shirt.
