Just fun for me. Too many courses I haven't played. My regular or newest go-tos for fun are: Kenwood Trails, Maiden Shade, Kaposia (new short basket positions), Acorn and if it were in the Twin Cities, Hidden Meadows at Mont du Lac. Honorable mention would probably be one of the Chains Edge courses if I ever get back there from when it originally opened. There are many others that are fun but are too far away for regular play. Since my girlfriend plays, it can be more fun for me if there are tees for her to play. For what it's worth my criteria for a fun design is around 2/3 shaded, moderate elevation, scale of the holes in my blue or white skill range, minimal, easy or no water carries, decent baskets, at least one port-o-let.
