First form review

1. Work from "standstill" like pitcher/batter with a little stride. The X-step is just adding unnecessary moving parts.

2. Focus on power pocket/hit.

3. Not sure what discs you are throwing, but focus on putters and mids and slower drivers.

After a month of practice I've noticed smoother throws, they just go the same distance. So maybe still not smooth?
About 220 feet with putters. So here is my follow up video. Put it in slo-mo. The thing I noticed was it's wobbling out of my hand sometimes, how can I fix this?
Also the disc goes more right than where I aim, as in straight but way more right. Do I just turn away more?
Would like any feedback to hopefully get to 250-300 eventually.

You are turning while shifting instead of shifting and then turning.

You also bring your lead shoulder very flat/horizontal into the backswing instead of swinging it back more vertical.

So understanding correctly I should be planting my lead foot before opening up the swing?
And my reach back should end/start at a lower angle than it is now?

Plant then swing/whip.

Shoulder swing vertical like a pendulum.
