Yeah would be very easy to plastic dip if needed. I use mine on a cart so its holding up very well. Some minor issues with cup holders but also a ver. 3 and on its 2nd season. Otherwise great condition.

The material on the bottom + the 4 feet are really water resistant. I don't believe the material on the grip changes in the bottom, just is up off the ground. I don't see any issues.

I play in the rain often, and no issue with the bottom area of any of my flak bags ive had. It also is very well balanced. Don't have any tip issues with my flak x

Not sure if Scott Stokely likes the bag or not. If I were Hyzerbomb I might not want him associated with me, not that I think it will matter one way or the other.
