Hello all!

This is my first time in this forum and I'm hoping to get my form reviewed. I've been playing for about a year and a half and struggle getting distance. My putters go a max of about 240 and my midranges go around 290. I can throw up to a 7 speed pretty true to the flight numbers, but I have issues throwing anything above that. I want to get more serious about disc golf and think that being able to throw a bit further would help me score a bit better at my home course. Sorry in advance for the video quality, I don't really have anybody to film me.

I hope to eventually find a coach or somebody to give me lessons, but I thought that coming to this forum might be a better start. If anyone could recommend me a coach in the Philadelphia area, it would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the review forum! I'm sure you'll get lots of great advice here but the experts here are going to want it in a horizontal format not vertical so that it doesn't become a youtube short. See https://www.dgcoursereview.com/forums/showthread.php?t=126516

Sorry about that. I filmed them in landscape, but YouTube must've flipped them. Here are the new links. Thanks for the heads up!

1. Side view - You are leaning back away from target behind your rear leg.

2. Behind view - Your front foot is staggered too far over from your CoG, your knee is snapping back instead of supporting you.

Thank you so much for the reply, I've been working on both not leaning behind my trail leg and keeping my plant foot under my center of gravity for the past 2 months. I've definitely been able to throw abit further but alot smoother doing this. I've attached some form videos from today and I think they look alot better. If you could let me know what you'd think, that'd be appreciated.

Looks like you are trying to "shift from in front of you", instead of "shifting from behind you". Your front foot lands very flat and open and your rear foot is moving to the left/west leaving the ground instead of kicking behind to the right/east like Simon. You can see your pelvis rising thru the shot instead of clearing smoothly, your pelvis is thrusting/jamming into the front hip.
