Mids forehand?

All this stupid overstable stuff people throw.

You dont need a special sidearm disc unless you are a torque monkey.

This. Much like with a backhand, if you want to improve your forehand a neutral mid like a Comet (Elite-X plastic and lighter weight) in the practice field will reduce and eventually eliminate OAT from your throw instead of masking it with something overstable.

I throw all the discs in my signature forehand, and my favorite to throw right now is the Flying Squirrel. It's very understable.
 
Small diameter stable mid would be a Spider. Perfect complement to the Gator. Some people say you don't need both, just hyzer the Spider more but I don't really agree.
