About 30 years ago I heard the guys in Black Flag describe in a radio interview how bands could come up with a punk rock name. It went something like this:

Pick a color: Red/black, etc.
Pick a well known person (Jodi Foster, Reagan,etc)
Pick a military symbol/unit: Flag/Army/brigade
Say something about youth: Young/Youth/Kids
Say something about being pissed off: Angry/Anti, etc.
Mash it up or any combo thereof and there is your name.

Thus, you could be Bieber's Kids, Red Youth Brigade, Angry young discers, Anti-Bogey Army, etc.
