Just so you know, the Tahoe courses are far better than the courses you get in LA and are only a couple of hours away. Easily doable as a day trip. Turtle Rock is fully melted out now and is only a 2 hour and 10 minute drive. That goes down to 2 hours flat once Monitor pass opens.

I plan on hitting the Tahoe courses in the next couple of weeks. I wanted to go down LA because my girlfriend just got laid off and has a week before she starts her new job. We have been dieing to get some sun since the weather has been sort of nasty most of April in town. When it hasn't been snowing i have been working on a course down at the geotermal plant with my portable basket.

There is a doubles round at Turtle Rock on Saturdays at noon. Sundays at noon is Bijou's doubles.
