I don't think I can think of any amazing scenic hole ones, but the Hyzernaut's Disc Golf Course in Berlin was by fair the first hole #1 that comes to mind when tyring to make a stand out hole one. The basket is in a deck and you have to kind of slide it in.

Toward the end of Flyboy, there's a basket sunk into the ground so that the top of the cage is just about flush with the ground. It basically plays like this, except its in the ground instead of a deck.
Most feasible roller ace you'll ever see.
