Did you even try to search? Try "stamp removal" (with the quotes so that it searches for it as a whole and not as individual words).

found a cheap bottle of acetone at the nails section of my superstore. stuff (usually) works great.

The acetone can effect the finish if you scrub the piss out of it. Best method Ive found is to soak a couple cotton balls in the acetone, dab the stamp and just let the acetone do its thing. Very little to no scrubbing at all should be necessary. Also, dont leave the acetone on for too long. As soon as your wipe the stamp rinse it off. If you leave the acetone on the disc and the stamps color runs across, it can actually dye in to the disc... best of luck getting that out. The "wash, rinse, repeat" method is safest for me.
