We all start somewhere drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Dec 19, 2023 Played the course:once

Pros:

--Restricted hours on school property
--Free to play

Cons:

--Completely open
--Not much elevation change

Other Thoughts:

This is a wide open 9-holer on school grounds. The course circles and crosses areas which will also be in use for after school recreation. All par 3. Small concrete tees. You'd have to try super hard to lose a disc here. Every shot is wide open and straight to the basket.

The main reasons to play here are:

1. You live across the street and you want to do a little fieldwork
2. You just have to bag it (me)
3. You work in town so why not try it (also me)
4. You are enrolled in this school, and your gym teacher takes you outside to learn to throw a frisbee

I imagine it's mostly #4, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. It's wholly adequate for that purpose.

If you're in the area and you want a bit more shot variation, head a couple of miles NE to Wapacuta.

Schools out for Summer 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Jun 22, 2012 Played the course:once

Pros:

This is a brand new course in excellent condition.
Each hole is well marked with visible signs.
It's wide open with no hazards.
This might be a great course for a beginner to work on form without the risk of losing a disc.
The grounds are well manicured.

Cons:

It's not a very challenging course.
The tees are small concrete rectangles.
The course is located on the middle school grounds, so access might be limited during school hours.

Other Thoughts:

The course is designed for students to play during lunch recess.
Parking is located in back of the school next to the hole 1.
