Pros:

The park is beautiful.
The course is fun to play just do not think it is a serious course.
Not too difficult.
Using the natural obstacles added some challenges.

Cons:

Had issues finding the proper basket to throw to. We see a basket that looked correct but as we got closer, it wasn't the correct basket for the hole we were playing.

Other Thoughts:

Geocache in the area so got to collect the cache and play DG at the same time.

Review Before Permanent Tee Signs Installed 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:May 21, 2018 Played the course:2-4 times

Pros:

Well manicured park property. Nice DD Veteran baskets. Enough trees to make things a little interesting. There is a lot of potential at this park for a more technical design.

Cons:

Confusing and incorrect pars currently established. Private property currently in danger of being hit by discs. Painted tee pads are too close to previous hole's baskets. Some fairways are two close.

Other Thoughts:

IN REGARD TO CURRENT PAR DESIGNATIONS:
Total par should be 54. So that would make each hole a par 3. Holes 5, 12, and 17 are medium distance par 3s. Hole 14 would only be a par 4 if you really hinder the ability to get a tee shot out into the open. It is a long par 3. There are no par 5s on the course.

TEE PAD/PREVIOUS BASKET DISTANCE ISSUES:
A general rule would be to have a least 50 ft. between tee boxes and green of the previous basket (or at least from the basket itself). There are quite a few painted pads that are too close to baskets on previous holes.

PROBLEMS from greatest importance to least importance:
Hole 7's basket is not in a good location and is probably the biggest problem I see on the course. Discs are going to be in the yard and on the roof and might break a window.

The second biggest problem is hole 7's tee. It tees off right at 18's green/basket. The two fairways are pretty close but are a lesser problem.

Hole 14 and hole 17's fairways are too close.

Hole 5 and 16's fairways are a bit too close.

Hole 4 I don't know if it is the best idea to tee off right at/over the skate park. At the same time hole 13 is similar in this way. The difference being it isn't right off the tee and there is a fence around it.
