Only by the Grace of God (Shall I Find the Tee Pads) 2+ years

Reviewed: Played on:Sep 6, 2020 Played the course:once

Pros:

- Grace College is a pretty little college campus of some nebulous sort of Christian sect that apparently believes in offering students a full-amenity experience, minus the small comfort afforded by signage with which to mark their disc golf course.
- Nice baskets when you can 1) find them and 2) figure out where to throw to them from. Each basket is meticulously outfitted with a pink arrow saying "Next Tee" which helps immeasurably. Otherwise this course would be a complete wash. So there's that.
- Open mid-range-y shots without much in the way of trees or elevation.

Cons:

- Couldn't find #4...? Kept walking in the direction of the arrow, through basically a parking lot and almost into a student building....thought, this isn't it, saw five and said screw it. Also couldn't find #1's tee, just the basket.
- Who uses four bricks and no tee signs in a huge grassy field with unmarked baskets? Grace College does. Fear their god.
- What the hell is the basket doing on the other side of the road? Please tell me that's supposed to be a practice basket and that it doesn't throw over the road...

Other Thoughts:

- Just MEH.

No tees, people around, but okay... 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Oct 1, 2017 Played the course:once

Pros:

Pretty good lay-out for what they have to work with. A couple of long shots. You're not going to lose a disc. Nice atmosphere.

Cons:

No tees (grass) and few signs. Intertwined with walking paths for students - my game wasn't affected too much, but during busy times you might have to skip a hole or two.

Other Thoughts:

This is a college campus with mowed lawns, trees and walking paths. So don't expect challenges more than people, trees and streets with cars. But, not bad. If I didn't have an app with a course guide, (udisk) I would have given up because of poor signage. So, don't travel too far, but if you're passing by (and can find your way around) you'll get a good throw.
