Ace run city 2+ years

Reviewed: Played on:Apr 11, 2015 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

- Free parking
- Free course entry
- less than 5 minutes away from the parking lot.
- Baskets
- Mostly away from the walking trail
- Low course traffic
- Shaded in the woods, cool in hot weather

Cons:

- Short short course that's not marked on the park map, most holes are 30-40 meters long
- Only 6 mixed Baskets, some have less than desirable chain counts for ace runs
- Natural tees
- No tee signs
- Not all baskets are numbered
- Putter only course

Other Thoughts:

This is a super short course great for Ace runs, but the narrowness makes learning the basics difficult for beginners. It's a putter only type of course, leave the fairways behind. It was tough to determine the course layout because nothing was labeled. It is a fun little free course to up the Ace count, but nothing to get too excited about.
