Both short and long positions are downhill and require fade. On short, I would probably crank my Star Gator, flat, and hope that skip gets me within 15-20 feet for the birdie attempt. On long, my Champ SL, flat and crushed.

Both basket positions are relatively the same distance away, however position B is a little more to the left than position A. Both are downhill shots so I would use my Champ SL. Straight or little anny for position A (325) and straight for position B (330).

I normally bomb my speed 10 SL consistently between 300-325 feet. This is an easy choice for both basket locations. Choose a disc that you can flat out bomb and is a bit stable/overstable. The disc should be thrown either flat or with slight anny (very overstable/overstable), approximately 10-15 degrees to the right, from straight of the teepad with 90% to full power. Let the disc do the rest and finish for you. My 155 Blizzard Wraith went about 400-410, still 110+ feet short of the long pin location.
