Recreational Paradise! 2+ years

Reviewed: Played on:Dec 4, 2021 Played the course:once

Pros:

-very creative
-fun for beginner/intermediate level
-unlikely to be crowded
-decent signs at tee pads indicating hole number and distance
-glow golf equipped
-good mix of distances
-forehand or backhand lines available on several holes
-plenty of parking spots
-lots of love put into this course

Cons:

-no elevation change (other than raised baskets and driving off the tree house play structure)
-most of the baskets don't make that sweet chain sound
-several crossing fairways
-tee pads are not all paved yet

Other Thoughts:

Great course! Definitely has that fun putt-putt vibe to it. As Discbear says- it might be a little gimmicky, but with almost half the holes in the 300 ft range, it still will give intermediate level players some challenge.
I was very impressed at all the uniqueness and give high praises to the owners/designers and can tell they have plans to keep making upgrades.
A word of caution to allow extra time if you happen to play a tourney here as several holes have about 5 fairways overlapping, but this shouldn't be an issue if you are just out for a casual round.
Highlights for me were the island tee pad on hole 3, throwing off the treehouse, and of course, the lighthouse basket.
If you want a fun and unique course- Paradise is the place!

Disc golf Disneyland 2+ years

Reviewed: Played on:Nov 9, 2021 Played the course:once

Pros:

The primary reason to like this course is that is fun and unique. Also 2 long time disc golfers live on site and most likely will offer help, answer questions or play a round with you if they are around. Ralph and Gene have both contributed tremendously to the local disc golf scene at this course and many in the area. This course gets more for its 5 acres than you could imagine.
Like I said though, having fun is the reason to play this course. It's unusual baskets include landing on the deck of a tree house, a basket in a trailer, which is OB unless you're in the basket, an elevated basket on top of a small lighthouse, teeing off from the tree house, a tight inlet guarded by trees and a good mix of trees and fences to negotiate. Also a basket in a wishing well and a Weber barbeque. Gimmicky? maybe. Fun, definitely for most..Tee pads are solid packed dirt or gravel with some pavers showing up too..,,,

Cons:

If there happen to be other groups out there you might have to wait a few moments as a few fairways cross. Usually not a problem.

Other Thoughts:

Go play this course and enjoy yourself.
