Pros:
+ Easy and quick to navigate
+ New baskets, decent signage. "Natural tees" - but the teeing areas are flat, the area is mowed and well-kept
+ A little bit of elevation change
Cons:
- The parking lot is a bit of a hike to the first tee - but there's a small pull-off area on the right as you enter the campus. Park there and jump on at Hole #7 right across the road
Other Thoughts:
~ The pars are very generous: with five par 4's less than 250' and a par 5 at 271'. One of the other reviewers noted that the course was subsidized to ensure students with visual impairments and disabilities would have a genuine disc golf experience - so that may be the reason for the pars being what they are
~ Other than being a recreational set-up for college students, this layout has little to recommend it as a "course." It's a well-mowed, gently rolling hillside with baskets. That said, the small amount of elevation change makes the place useful for practicing and ranging your approach game. If I lived nearby, I'd be here regularly for field work
COURSE AMENITIES:
Nine new DiscCatcher baskets, nine tee signs.
RECOMMENDED COMBINATIONS:
The Town of Sweden course is very close by. We didn't play there, instead using Brockport as a warmup on our way to Parma, Sawyer and Basil Marella.
