Nothing wrong with this course
Great variety of open and wooded holes; short and long; uphill and downhill; right, left and straight holes. You really get to test your all around game here. Some holes allow you to really unload on a drive, being over 400 ft, and also some great...

Earn your birdies
Challenging (but not impossible) layout that has a fair variety of long and short, left and right and straight, downhill and uphill shots. From the blues especially, birdies are earned, which speaks to why a 1000 rated round from blue tees is only about -3. Par is solid. It has a...

Exceptional Course (minus 3 holes)
- Really fun holes/designs. especially enjoyed the par 4's
- Nice variety of open and wooded, some with water hazards and some without. The variety demands a player to make many different shots.
- good signs including "Next Tee" signs (except for hole 11 -...

Tournament Potential
A good mix of long and short holes: par 3's, 4's and two 5's.
A variety of shots and elevation, open and wooded holes.
The wooded holes are open enough for there to be a discernible route, which makes these holes more like UNC's course and less like Southern Community...

Better than a 2.9, but not 3.5
Elevation and route variety
Challenging - difficult to get a birdie on any hole. No doubt that this is what course designers intended. On this course, a birdie means "superb job" and not "I should easily birdie every other hole."
Creative shot making off the tee...

A Nice Surprise
Fantastic layout and variety. I felt like I need to choose a different disc for each shot. I thought the different pars and distances made the course more interesting, fun, and challenging than a course that has all par 3's.
I looked at the earlier reviews for this course and...

Steadily Improving
Overall, it's one of the more beautiful 9 hole courses on a college campus. It's good for enjoying a recreational, easy round or for learning to how play the game. Has a good mix of lengths, especially for a 9 hole course. (The last hole, 465 feet, might be considered a PDGA...

Good Par 3 Variety
Great variety for a par 3 course! Of course, this is my home course, so I'm going to keep my bias and say it's good. It really is, though. If you shoot under par, you earned it. For some courses, it's normal to shoot under par and you expect to make birdie on some holes. Not...
