Help me get new hyzer crush drivers

In the spray and pray, shock and awe category I recommend the Clash Wild Honey in Steady plastic. The Underworld has been my favorite understable fairway driver for years with the Maul being a close second, but I recently tried a Mint Discs Jackalope and it is spectacular as well. It slowly...

It's all very clear to me now, thank you.

    Multiple Forms Extravaganza

Brychanus, balance is imaginary? What you're trying to say eludes me. Many great throwers have a wider stance: Kuoksa, AB, Albert Tamm. Most of us can't achieve this because our lower body strength is inadequate. The brace, IMO, is when your center of gravity is behind and directed into your...

ThighMaster move from DG Spin Doctor

Jaani, Josh, I really enjoy your videos and the spirit in which the information is presented. Thanks for commenting.

    Breaking in discs

Reading your responses has reminded me of my own bias. I've always hated the hard plastics. My experiences are primarily with the softer premium plastics. They do seem more durable to me now than they were in the past.

    Breaking in discs

Is breaking in and cycling discs becoming a thing of the past? The quality of plastics have improved dramatically in the past few years, and this seems true for all the major manufacturers. Additionally, the manufacturers and the buying public seem to be favoring these more durable and more...

Old Farts Only 40+ (no kids allowed)

It would be logical to assume that, but I bet this disc junky adds more of everything else to compensate. The promise of new plastic is irresistable.

Old Farts Only 40+ (no kids allowed)

I occasionally play with an octagenarian. He throws understable 130g drivers and breaks 300' regularly. I don't know how he does it. The disc moves so slow it would block traffic in a school zone, but it just hovers straight down the middle. I've tried lightweight drivers, but I haven't seen any...

I'll continue to carry a Clash Wild Honey, Westside King and a Grace for those times when the winds are favorable, or I'm feeling better than usual. I'm on the hunt for a go to fh fairway driver that will fly far for me.

Old Farts Only 40+ (no kids allowed)

I'm not aging well so you shouldn't be concerned with how well I am doing at 63. Arthritis is robbing me of speed, strength and flexibility even though I am otherwise fit. I play with people 10 and 15 years older than myself who can still out perform me, and have greater endurance. Hopefully...

Old Farts Only 40+ (no kids allowed)

Time to accept my new reality. My distance drivers barely, and I do mean barely, go further than my 7 speeds. My game is now about upshots, putting and playing for par. I'll hang on to a couple of distance drivers for windy days, but I just traded in 3 and acquired a new mid.

    2024 chess.com Invitational

I remember watching Magnus Samuelsson. He was a really fiery competitor; very entertaining. Four time World's Strongest Man Magnus Ver Magnusson had a delightful name that was easy to remember. The Icelandic version of Johnny Johnson Jr.

    DGPT - Resistance is futile

I watched some of the skills competition on Youtube today. The video quality wasn't any better, and the mechanical whine of those drones doesn't enhance the viewing experience. However, some of the performances were very impressive.

    DGPT - Resistance is futile

A dozen years ago when I was first introduced to disc golf, I was attracted by the community and the innocence. The locals who prepared the courses and volunteered to help with the event were doing it simply for the love of the game. Now that the DGPT is trying to control and monetize every part...

LIfe's progression: Young-No warm up, throw as hard as want for as long as you want, injuries heal within a few days. Young Adult-Fall out of car hungover, no warm up, throw as hard as you want for two rounds, recover with beer and bacon cheeseburgers. Mature Adult-Stretching...
