A fairly typical course, with no strong negatives
-Concrete tees are installed for both short and long tees on all 18 holes, and are nicely done

Short, tech course, when playing all 4 @ brewer, this one offers a break for your arm, and is mostly shaded on hot days.
Often bottlenecked on busy days, a couple perpetually muddy fairways.
Brewer park, best in GR by head and shoulders.

Perfect distance for me, I like throwing long, and Riverside lets me open up on a few while still having the challenge of a few trees.
